Today ’s photograph are from Lori Capener in Layton , Utah . We visited Lori ’s garden for two days back in April of 2013 ( refresh your memoryHERE&HERE ) .
Today she says,“And now for something completely different ! About 5 days ago we moved to a new sign with no garden to speak of . The business firm was young construction and it was surrounded by hard packed heavy equipment crunched clay , rocks , and scrub oaks which are ever present in the ft hills of the Wasatch wad . We were prosperous enough to have a solitary maple tree up moderately nigh to the house .
“ I browsed magazines and books to get inspiration on how to proceed with the landscape painting design . We eff we wanted some sort of weewee lineament , but did not necessarily need a pool . We settled on a small river which create a endearing audio and tends to cool down you off ( if only mentally ) when you near it . When turn off , the river water wholly disappears into an secret tank . While this does not allow for beautiful water system plants , it save lots of time on maintenance , cleansing , and the headache of abide water around the many low children in the neighborhood .

“ After the river was build , I was crop a horticulture catalogue and came across a “ queer castling . ” This spark off the seed of an musical theme which chop-chop develop into an intact community of “ dwelling house ” situated around the newfangled river . My eight year old boy wanted to serve me with the twist , but he was not about to aid with a fairy garden , so we made the switch to dwarf . youngster and grownup alike enjoy see what ’s new in the dwarf garden ! ”
Sooooooo precious , Lori ! The minor in the neighborhood must LOVE this .
