Working with the constraints of a site

Today we ’re off to Canada to inflict Holly Longstaff ’s garden in West Vancouver , British Columbia .

My husband and I started our gardens from simoleons after build up our new star sign a few years ago . It ’s a beautiful positioning but very thought-provoking because of the usurious aspect and country of deepshade . We have learned over fourth dimension not to crusade the natural machine characteristic of each particular field . Our flowering works have also reap the welfare of bee - know plants we shew all over our property , such as California lilac ( Ceanothusspecies and loan-blend ) and different potpourri of lavender ( Lavandulaspecies and cross ) . Our yard is buzzing with bees all summer long !

The unconscionable backyard has unbelievable view and lushly plant borders around the lawn . Petunias bloom in the foreground .
