Lacto-fermented Cranberries for the Holidays
The holiday season is here and it crap me so felicitous ! I really do love this clock time of class , and Thanksgiving is my best-loved vacation ( probably because it revolves around food , ha ! ) .

To make these fermented cranberry I used theStarter KitfromFermentools . This is a great kit to have for any kind of vegetable ferments .
It also makes a pure gift for anyone who is interested in fermenting !
Here is what comes in theFermentools Starter Kit :

Fermented Cranberries Recipe
This formula makes about one quart of ferment cranberry goodness .
First , gather all of the necessary ingredients .
Prepare the Cranberries

I pulled some out to taste , fear that they would be too tart , but to my surprise they were quite mellow and pleasantly fizzy .

These fermented cranberries would be a perfect addition to your vacation board ! They are gorgeous in gloss to start with . They also try out terrific !
