Today we have more photograph from the unbelievable Istvan , a gardener in the United Kingdom . ( For premature posts of his garden , starthere . ) I ask Istvan how he designs his unbelievable plantings , and he shared some of his pourboire and techniques .
My design is very simple . I wish to repeat some flowers in the border , but I also like to use a random planting scheme that impart a realistic face for it . I like very much to use annual , biennial , and supply ship perennials with the perennials and ego - seeding plant .
I also like to expend tall plant in the front of the borderline , because I call back it gives a positive feeling for the human heart .

For the preceding two years , I have n’t used crushed rock on the double margin route , because I want to create the touch sensation that I am walk on a path in a song and dance .
I use strong colors and the contrast between the color .
All year , I keep planting the borders with the annuals , pinnace perennials , and perennials that will flower their first year , which I farm from come or from cuttings . And every class , I seek to plan a different face of the moulding .

Rather than a crisp , gravel path , this is a simple , well - trodden trail between the plants . Istvan says it do the track feel like one in a fairytale .
Change is ripe . This is the same opinion as in the photo above , but it looks completely unlike . Do n’t get complacent with your garden ; keep changing it up and creating new , beautiful view .
Most pattern Koran say to put marvelous plant in the back and short plants in the front , but Istvan process them differently , letting tall plants come to the front , which makes the whole planting reckon natural and wild-eyed . Here , plant of all different heights intermingle casually .

perennial , biennials , annuals , and supply ship perennials all intermingle . Istvan keeps planting constantly to ensure that the bed are always full , lavish , and packed with interest .
Bold , contrasting color are everywhere , and are integrate every which way . Repeating the same plants throughout the planting helps draw in it all together .
A final flavour at the incredible garden . It was great to hear some of the melodic theme Istvan uses in make this garden , but I think what I most learned is to not come after the “ rules . ” rent a garden be a bit wild , irregular , and unconventional can be the most exciting .
