Many people make a New Year ’s firmness to lose weighting and exercise more .
Diet websites are hitting all sentence record with people look for the miracle solvent to lessen those dreaded number on the scales .
Although we all know that by corrode more fruit and vegetable and by deplete less we would most belike lose weight over time , there are just some temptations that are hard to resist .

For me , pizza is my downfall . I aboveboard could rust pizza several times a week ( ok , permit ’s be honest – several times a day ! ) .
Hot pizza smart from a brick oven , cold pizza pie straight out of the fridge the next morning , buffalo poulet pizza , veggie pizza pie – it does n’t matter – I have it off them all !
The job is that typical pizza crust is loaded with refined white flour and sometimes saccharide is even added without us knowing . Not a honest match when trying to reduce the waist .

Although we typically compensate by preparing a cauliflower base crust , this week we had to improvise .
We had eaten all of the cauliflower in the countless number of salads and vegetable and humous magnetic dip that we have consumed over the first few days of the new year .
What we did have was several fresh chicken white meat and cheeese on hand . We used two great wimp breast , plaed them in our nutrient processor and finish up with about a pound of earth crybaby to use in the freshness .

However , we did make the error of using a Stoneware pizza pie cooking pan – not a good thought because of the amount of time that it takes to heat up the Harlan F. Stone .
This caused the Gallus gallus to release a ton of moisture – right over the stone onto the bottom of the oven .
Luckily , a glass dish placed on the bottom wheel helped catch the excess liquid state . So the primal lesson here is to use a very blistering oven with a standard pizza pan .

The pizza still turn out amazing – it was just a little steamy in the oven for a while !
