HOW SOME OF OUR FRIENDS WILL BE CELEBRATING SPRING

" The first day of spring could be fond and sunny or cold and snowy . No matter the weather , I always make a habit of die for a long walk of life outside to celebrate spring . Along the way , I ’ll keep an oculus out for signs of life history like bud swell on the trees or tulips poking through the stain . I also like to get my hand dirty by imbed something . That might mean sowing some cool weather crop in my garden bottom or creating an indoor dish garden to brighten up my living outer space . Finally , I wish to spend some time reading . Some of my favourite garden Holy Writ have chapter related to each season , so I ’ll crack open a book and scan it with a nice loving cup of afternoon tea . " I ’m hope to be in the garden getting them prepped for the time of year — though there ’s a 50/50 chance there will be C. P. Snow on them . Spring sporty - up is first , removing any winter detritus . We edge the garden , and employ an program of PlantTone plant food and then a topdressing of moo-cow manure . Then on to filling pot with pot soil , spring shrub pruning , and — my favorite — plant up the containers with sang-froid - loving plants to welcome leaping ! While we are being sprayed with ocean air , by sweet-flavored babe seedlings will be nestled snuggly under the warmth of the grow lights in my seed way . Thanks goodness for automated hoopla .
